This is an exciting MNF divisional matchup featuring two teams that play different styles of football. The Broncos are 5-0 overall and ATS because they have played spectacular defensively, ranking 1st in both points and yards allowed. The Chargers on the other hand are 2-2 and 1-3 ATS because they have struggled defensively ranking 28th and 26th in points and yards allowed.
However, unlike the Broncos, they are able to put points on the board. San Diego is averaging 25.2 points per game, ranking 9th in the league. The logical pick would be to take the Broncos ATS but this year MNF has proven to be quite surprising. The Chargers are loaded with talent particularly on offense and are coming off a bye week so I would anticipate that they will come out firing on all cylinders. The only way San Diego can win this one is if it can keep run up the scoreboard. There is also a trend favoring the OVER for MNF games this year. Overall, OVER is 5-1 for MNF games this season.
