The 7-3 Bengals have been one of the most surprising teams this season, meanwhile the 1-9 Browns appear to be even worse than last year. As a result the Bengals are favored by 2 touchdowns and this gives us the green light to play what many consider to be the worst team in the league.
This is a divisional game and 14 points is clearly out of reach for Cincinnati. The Bengals are amongst the best teams in the NFL to play as an underdog. In fact, they are 6-0 ATS as an underdog this season. However, they are one of the worst teams in the league to play as a favorite. The Bengals are already 0-4 ATS this season as a favorite and one of those ATS losses came against Cleveland. Cincinnati actually needed overtime to defeat the Browns. This a matchup where the underdog is 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings and I expect this trend to continue Sunday. The Bengals will win this one but by less than 2 touchdowns. Lay the number on Cleveland.
