Kurt WarnerFree Pick: Over 42

I have to admit, I must have been one of the most excited football fans when I found out that Kurt Warner would be Arizona’s starter. Arizona ranked seventh in the league in points scored, averaging 25.2 per game, where Warner only had 11 starts. His 2007 stats tell the story… 14 games, 11 starts, 62.3% completion, 3414 yards and 27 touchdowns. In short, Arizona is going to put points on the board. San Francisco appears to finally have a QB that they could rely on in J.T. O’Sullivan. He won the starting QB job by delivering solid performances in the preseason, particularly against the Chicago Bears where he had a passer rating of 158.3. The Cards, who ranked 27th defensively in the NFL in 2007 with 24.9 points allowed points per game, will have a hard time stopping him and Frank Gore.
